Cruilator, aww thank you bro. That's another point for being here. People are less to be jerks and are more mature, we've all been children in previous site so no more trolls 'n shit

22nd, ...so it was difficult for newbies to accomplish their own things. And to be honest I couldn't do staff worth attention lol, so now being grown ass nerd I'm making my inner child proud

Cruilator, I think my personal reason why I'm even here is that I never really had a chance to be someone in original site. I came from Multator, russian version of Toonator and in the time it was super active...

Cruilator, flipanim, Drawn, toon, toonio. Drawn still has a somewhat small active userbase from what I see but I dont think these sites will ever reach the peak they were at. maybe.

22nd, your art rules and im always happy seeing your work on the page !!

its a shame, a lot of the old browser based art platforms kinda just died. due in part for discord becoming so popular esp during covid when it really boomed

Cruilator, yeeah I know from own experience lol, just sad it's harder to build a community almost from scratch. Feel very comfortable posting staff here 'cause of lack of people, but in the same time it feels sometimes like a desert

Cruilator, *much to do at work
but for the small crowd of people who love this site are the ones who keep it going, and maybe those people can pave a name for it better than what it left behind

Cruilator, nostalgic website I guess. im 22 now, been like ten years since I signed up and the only reason I still browse it is because I dont really have much to do lol

its really cool seeing toonator invoke some passion into some people though

22nd, a lot of the people who came back are going into their 20's or later now and were just kinda visiting for the nostalgia of it. those who are perusing art are on other websites or medias nowadays so toonator is just kinda relegated as an old -

Cruilator, sadly Toon experienced a huge drop in activity as I can see, I'm checking sandbox pretty often too and it seems like most of the people have moved on from here. So not much to browse, hope it's gonna change soon

Till next time, nerds
