Cruilator, how big is your toon? I thought mb it's because of file size
You can try to load your saving in new toon
Alex (our dearest developer) said that he's on his vacation untill saturday but if you can it will be reasonable to report a bug in discord server

Personally I tremble every time I upload a new toon because I’m afraid everything will break and my time will be wasted 😭

Yeah local saving could help you.... the editor is not yet complete so it would be wise to save locally everything you do
